Building Manager
Klang Valley
Job Requirement –
Degree/Diploma in Property Management or/and with Property Manager License from Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents & Property Managers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management.
Good team player and ability to work well with others.
Working knowledge on tender process and understanding of building management accounting system.
Control and monitor the overall office management with regards to staffing, reports and liaising with JMB and creating good relationship with residents.
Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act.
Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist the Building Manager in preparing the Monthly Management Report and in daily task assigned.
To resume the role of the Building Manager in his/her absence in accordance to the approval of the Management (PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD).
Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act and familiar with governing acts.
Able to handle computerized accounting system such as CSS, QnE, UBS and etc.
Able to perform Monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare Monthly Accounting report.
Support daily office account and admin task.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in full sets of account. Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor in Accounting / ACCA / LCCI.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Undertake ad-hoc task when required.
Computer literate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.

Experience in providing front desk services to the residents such as collection of maintenance fees, process of card access, renovation and move in/out application and booking of facilities.
Ensure that all documents are properly filed accordingly for easy reference and access.
To be responsible for the collection of payment.
To assist Account cum Admin in the preparation and issuing of monthly invoice to be posted.
Handle issuance of car parking access card/sticker and resident cards.
Perform administrative functions in the management office.
Computer literate.
