Building Manager

Klang Valley

Job Requirement –

  • Degree/Diploma in Property Management or/and with Property Manager License from Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents & Property Managers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management.
  • Good team player and ability to work well with others.
  • Working knowledge on tender process and understanding of building management accounting system.
  • Control and monitor the overall office management with regards to staffing, reports and liaising with JMB and creating good relationship with residents.
  • Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act.
  • Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Building Executive

Klang Valley

Job Requirement –

  • Degree/Diploma in Property Management or/and with Property Manager License from Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents & Property Managers or any related discipline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management.
  • Good team player and ability to work well with others.
  • Working knowledge in M&E project management.
  • Managing day to day M&E operational and maintenance issues.
  • Assist the Building Manager in preparing the Monthly Management Report and in daily task assigned.
  • To resume the role of the Building Manager in his/her absence in accordance to the approval of the Management (PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD).
  • Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act and familiar with governing acts.
  • Able to plan, conceptualize and implement.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.

Account Executive

Job Requirement –

  • Able to handle computerized accounting system such as CSS, QnE, UBS and etc.
  • Able to perform Monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare Monthly Accounting report.
  • Support daily office account and admin task.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in full sets of account.
    Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor in Accounting / ACCA / LCCI.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Undertake ad-hoc task when required.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
  • Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Good team player and ability to work well with others.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Condominium Management environment.

Account cum Admin

Job Requirement –

  • Experience in providing front desk services to the residents such as collection of maintenance fees,
    process of card access, renovation and move in/out application and booking of facilities.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly filed accordingly for easy reference and access.
  • To be responsible for the collection of payment.
  • To assist Account cum Admin in the preparation and issuing of monthly invoice to be posted.
  • Handle issuance of car parking access card/sticker and resident cards.
  • Perform administrative functions in the management office.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
  • Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Undertake duties as may be communicated to you from time to time by your superior.

Technician

Klang Valley

Job Requirement –

  • To carry our preventive and corrective maintenance work including ad-hoc repairing work.
  • To ensure that all M&E equipment are in good working condition.
  • To monitor all renovation works comply with the guideline stipulated in the house rules or by law.
  • To assist Manager in supervising of all building services contractor.
  • To assist Manager in the provision of administration and supervision duties in the management office.
  • Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Condominium Management environment.
  • Perform standby support after office hours.
