Incorporated on July 2009, PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD (formerly known as PAMA SERVICES SDN BHD) has more than 12 years of experience and professionalism in Property and Facilities Management and Consultancy Services in managing all types of residential and commercial building including condominiums, apartments, gated properties, shops and office lots and commercial lots.

We provides one-stop solution to your needs and assets through our experience and expertise as we know, understand and serve you (Owners, JMBs and MCs) better.

We handle your day-to-day needs of your property and maximize your bottom line. Our consultancy services provides advisory and handles all your procedural and legal matter (Tribunal, etc.) with respective Authorities in compliance with Strata Management Act 2013 and other related Laws of Malaya.

  • Registered Property Manager with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEA) / Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir dan Ejen Harta Tanah (LPPEH)
  • Studied accountancy, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Founder of PAMA SERVICES which subsequently changed its name to Pama Services Sdn Bhd and currently known PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD (PM (1) 0086).
  • More than 27 years’ experience in Property Management and Consultancy/Advisory in the housing fraternity both in landed and stratified properties.
  • Experience gained from having accounting knowledge, family involvement in construction and subsequently a subsidiary company to a developer.
  • Advising, assisting and representing stratified owners in all procedural and legal matters at Housing Tribunal, Consumer Tribunal, Small Claims Court, COB’s, Land & Mines office, Ministry of Housing, developers and all related authorities departments.
  • Jointly conducted housing seminars with COB’s for Joint Management Body and Management Corporation which was well attended by owners and public members.
  • A passionate housing activist in earlier initial years together with Tunku Nazarudin and the late YB Edward Lee respectively under All People’s Action Committee (APAC) and founder of Condominium Apartment Highrise Committee (CAHC).
  • Currently, Khong is the secretary of “Together Against Cancer Association, Malaysia”, registered with Registrar of Society (ROS) involves in medical advocacy and helping cancer survivors.

 

Khong Chee Seng comes from and/or involves in a very vast diversified backgrounds with vast experience in all related relevant fields, that allows him (Mr Khong) to be very meticulous and knowledgeable to assist all JMB’s, MC’s and Stratified property owners in their problems encountered and/or for improvement of their valued property and investment.

Khong Chee Seng and PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD holds to our core principle and commitment not only to serve all owners but also to contribute to societies especially for the cancer movements in Malaysia.

  • Registered Property Manager with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEA) / Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir dan Ejen Harta Tanah (LPPEH) since year 2019.
  • Federal Institute of Technology, Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
  • City and Guilds of London Institute, Certificate in Electronic Engineering.

 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD [PM (1) 0086] (formally known as PAMA SERVICES SDN BHD) from 2014 to current –

  • Director of PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD SINCE 26 June 2014.
  • Collaborated with Hua Yang Berhad (the Developer) for the handover of keys to purchasers.
  • Involve in the design of startup kit with the relevant forms for new owners.
  • Design and prepare House Rules in reference to the Deed of Mutual Covenant.
  • Preparation and coordination Annual General/Extra-Ordinary General meetings.
  • Responsible to the day-to-day operations of PAMA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD.

 

MAGNUM CORPORATION BERHAD from 1988 to 2014 –

  • Joined Magnum Corporation Berhad on August 1988 and retired on June 2014.
  • Last position held is Head of Engineering Services Department.
  • Part of the team members responsible for developing new games.
  • Responsible for upgrading the main and disaster sites’ gaming computer system and communication networks.
  • Responsible in the refurbishment of betting terminals for deployment to overseas projects.
  • Business viable studies assignment to Sri Lanka.
